A2:Our product come with one year warranty .If any damaged with one year ,we can repair or replace the new one free of charge .After warranty ,we also repair and replace the new one with charge .

Q4:Will your company visit our factory ?

A3:If you need ,yes ,we can visit your factory .Before that ,please kindly offer your factory layout to us first ,our engineer have to look at the factory layout and get familar with that .

Q5:What about the installation ?

A4:We will offer the installation guidance to you , your worker wil install the cooling system under our guidance .

Q6:Why need the wall exhaust fan ?

A3:Generally ,we design the evaporative air cooler .With the air cooler ,it create a positive pressure in the workshop while 

exhausting the hot and muggy air to outside to form a more comfortable environment .
