Main Specifications for microbrewery system :

1) The brewhouse can he heating by electric or steam. You can chose the type heating according to your

local market.

2) The fermentation tanks and bright beer tanks has dimple jacket,the option for dry hops adding device,

level indicator,CO2 add device.The testing pressure is 0.5Mpa keep 48 hours,the working pressure

0.15-0.2 Mpa.

3) The material is food grade sus 304,inner thickness is 3.0 mm,outer thickness is 2.0 mm.The

Cooling Dimple Jacket

The fermentation tanks and bright beer tanks equip the
dimple jacket on the inner wall,it is for the beer cooling.In the
jacket,it will throw the glycol water,then you can set the
temperature you need on the control cabinet,it will be
control the temperature automatic.
On the tanks body and bottom both equip the dimple jacket,it is better to cooling the beer.

Mash/Lauter tank

The mash lauter tank inner is 0.4 um polishing.In the tank equipment the Filter board,you can get the clear wort.The tank has the spare cleaning ball on the top.When lauter,you can open the Rake motor, and adjust the speed.On the side,there has a Grain Out Door to make the Grain out after lauter.

All tank is TIG argon welding,it is maked by more then 10 years welding work team.

Beer brewing parts

All the pumps,valves,pipelines chose the food grade stainless steel 304.
The manhole is pressure manhole,we design the top or side manhole according to your request and local goverment
laws.
In the factory we will prepare all the parts for you.Yon only need provide the water and electric supply.

Heating system

Different country brew master has different brewing technology.So we provide option for heating for the 7 bbl brewery equipment.You can chose electric heaing,steam heating.

For the steam generator,you can chose natural,LPG,Disel,all is according to your local source.

Packaging Details	In the beer brewing system,there has some parts easy to be break,so my factory provide the wooden case package for this parts,when it be delivery,it will be safety.The wooden case package can protect the parts. The fetory duty is keep all the parts come to you very well. After wooden case package,it will be filled into the containers. The microbrewery system chose the Exports wooden.
