1) Crushing and saccharification

6) Slaking and storage:

Beer brewhouse unit :
1) Two mashing tanks : Mash tun/Lauter pot and Kettle/Whirlpool tank (Standard Configuration) Combined mashing tanks and three mashing tanks can be chose.

1) SL-Tank has cone angle between the bottom 60-90 degrees, 70 degrees is best conducive to yeast sedimentation and emissions.
2) SL-Tank has a cooling jacket or coil pipe to meet the cooling requirements of the process.
3) SL-Conical tank is closed tank, the carbon dioxide can be recovered, the carbon dioxide can also be washed; the fermentation tank can also be as storage tanks.
4) In order to reduce the cost to build, and more conical fermenter set in the open air, so there is good fermentation tank insulation. Polyurethane insulation materials commonly used in insulation layer thickness of 70-100cm.

100L beer equipment:
