Aluminum alloy 6000K high power 150w factory led high bay light 

ILLUSION’s High Bay Light adopts high brightness EMC SMD2835 LED as light source, aluminum alloy fins to riveted as a whole part, Philips driver and special anti-glare PC lens. ANTI-UV, NO Infrared, Start fast, No Electric Noise, No Hg etc. It can be widely used in gymnasium, workshop, hall, gas station, exhibition building etc.

• Light Source: adopts 1W smd 2835, which has uniform heat distribution with excellent reliability.
• Heat dissipation: adopts aluminium alloy fins to riveted as a whole part,which ensures the fins and heat sink base extremely low thermal resistance.
• Driver: adopts Philips driver, surge protection reach up to 4KV, built-in temperature detection.

1. mode of connection:
Black wire connect FireWire , white wire connect Zero Wire.
2. Installation note:
Pls ensure that the products wasn't damaged in transit before you use it. If it was damaged, pls do not install and use it.

If the External flexible cable or flexible wire was damaged, the cable or wire need to be replaced by manufacturer, the service
agent or A person with similar qualifications.

Pls ensure that the power line have enough length, and it should not under tension or tangential force. When person install the
lamp’s wire, pls avoid to come into being tension, and do not make the connection tie a knot.

 Screw down the rings. The rings is M12 screw thread.

Put the rings in the hook smoothly.

When person install the lamp, pls ensure that the connection part can be sealing to avoid electric leakage.

When it connect power line, corresponding waterproof, leaking measures must be taken.

The lamps should not violate any fire precautions legislation.

Pls ask for professional electricians’ help for installing. For 0.75MM2 three core cable connection mode , black wire is Fire Wire,
and white wire is Zero Wire.

All the built-in constant-current and LED source is with 2 years’ warranty. Pls note that the warranty is based on regular service
condition

Packaging superposition can not be more than 6 layers.

Person stand on the cartons or more than 55KG weight products were put one the cartons are not allowed.

Maintenance instructions

 Pls ensure that it was already outage before maintenance.

Clear the glass of lamps at regular intervals, so that the lamps can keep a excellent light-admitting quality.

Clear the shell and heat sink to keep good heat dispersion.

It’ll be better to use dry dishcloth to clear it instead of water or highly corrosive solution.

When person replace the driver, pls use screwdriver to open the rear cover, then remove the driver. The black AC conductor
match Driver’s “L”, and the white AC conductor match Driver’s “N”. In the DC side, The red wire or blue wire match the PCB’s
positive and negative.
