Introduction of Stone Production Line

    Generally, Sand making Production Line is composed of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher or other kinds of crusher,vibrating screen, sand making machine ,sand washer and belt conveyor etc.They are Linked by belt conveyor form a complete production line for sand making. Various kinds of materials can be used for sand making production line such as hard limestone, granite, basalt, river gravel and metallurgical slag etc. It is applicable for hydroelectric industry, building materials, highway and city construction etc. Taicheng designs best flow chart with various configuration of equipments to meet the different requirements of customers.

Working Principle of Sand making Production Line

    Big materials are fed into the jaw crusher evenly and gradually by vibrating feeder through a hopper for a primary crushing. After first crush, the material will transferred to fine crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crush; the crushed materials will then transferred to vibrating screen for separating. After separating, the parts that meet standard will be transferred as final products, while the other parts will be returned to impact crusher, thus forming a closed circuit. Size of final products can be combined and raded according to customer’s specific requirement.We can also equip dust catcher system to protect environment.
