Classification of stone crusher line:
    Costruction waste production line can crush materials with rebar and high moisture content. Its design capacity is 30 - 1000 tons per hour. It is suitable for crushing compression strength less than 300Mpa materials.

 
    Sand production line is equipped with advanced electric control system to make the complete line highly automatization almost without mannual operation except start or turn-off and daily maintence. Its design capacity 30 - 1000 tons per hour. It is suitable for crushing compression strength less than 300Mpa materials.

    Stone production line has the characteristics of reliable performace, convenient operation, high efficient and low power request which is truly the most reasonable and ecoonomic production line. Its design’s capacity is 30 - 1000 tons per hour. It is suitable for crushing compression strength less than 350Mpa solid material.

 
    Fine crushing line is used to crush solid materials with compression shrength less than 300Mpa. It has the features of small occupying area, high crushing ratio, unaffected from water content, and convenient operation, which is truly the most realible and economical production line. It could be classified into four types: construction waste production line, stone production line, sand production line and fine crushing production line.  The production line could be designed according to different requirements.

The copper ore crushing is used to crush soft or medium hard stone (like: limestone, granite, gypsum, marble, calcite, dolomite, etc)

Vibrating feeder GZD1350 feed the stone evenly and smoothly into the jaw crusher PE1000*1200, which will crush the stone from 40mm. Then the belt conveyor send the crushed materials to the roller millcrusher for a fine crushing, ih which process the 0-5, 5-10, 10-20, 20-40mm goes out into piles as final products.
