1. Components of highway guardrail roll former

The main parts of this guard rail line includes: uncoiler, leveling and adjustable roller, nine roller leveling system, 250T four post hydraulic press (punching holes of both end, and cut panel at same time), plat panel punch model (punching head and cutter each set as spare part), panel  support table, quick material supplier system, photoelectrical switch, roller guiding table, 13 stands of roll group, 4 group of stand roller,11 sets synchronization distribute gear box, ZQ650 reducer, 37kw stepless adjustable motor, 6m finished product support table, control box, as for spare part including one set of gear box and others.

1. Suitable material: HR coil, CR coil, galvanized steel;
