The machine is suitable for boiling, bleaching, dyeing, and washing cotton, wool, synthesize fiber, cone yarn, hank yarn or zipper tape.
DF241E series is a new generation high efficient energy saving cone yarn dyeing machine, which adopts 180° plate type reversing arrangement, external high efficient shell-and-tube heat exchanger and new type centrifugal pump’s integral connection method. Compared with the regular models, it has advantages of more compact structure, lower bath ratio, less energy consumption and lower production cost.

DF241E series high temperature high pressure dyeing machine is suitable for bleaching and dyeing various kinds of natural and chemical fiber and their blends such as pure cotton, polyester cotton, polyester, wool polyester, nylon, acrylic, ramie cotton, wool, etc. With different kinds of creel it can bleach and dye different yarns such as cheese, skein, zipper, beam yarn, loose fiber, etc.

• Advanced computer, controller can display temperature curve, procedure and output, etc. Fully automatic controlled dyes dosing, water feeding, draining, heating, temperature keeping, cooling and rinsing, etc. Which can meet the dyeing technology requirement and they can be connected to the central control system.
• Low bath ratio(1:5~1:7) saves dyes, auxiliary agent, steam and water. Much less waste discharging.
