THU series high temperature overflow and pro-environment dyeing machine is the new high efficiency, environmental protection high temperature overflow dyeing machine which is developed through absorbing overseas advanced design conception. The dyeing machine created new power of molecules exchange by laterally-moving of dye solution, make the speed difference between fabrics traveling speed and dye solution’s laterally-flowing velocity: the latter exceeds fabrics traveling speed, in this way it lowers the opposing resistance when dye solution’s molecule contacting fabrics, then the speed of coloring and evenness are improved greatly.
• Multi-suction area, developed longitudinally, allows extreme reductions of the bath ratios plus gives a higher homogeneity of the same bath.
• New system of chemical products and dyestuffs introduction (patented) with higher dilution. It allows a very fast introduction with absolute certainty of the best result as far as the dyeing evenness is concerned.
• Reduction of the compression strengthen till 80% operated by the reel on the fabric.
• New softflow turbovario, nozzle with adjustable section, allowing a reduction of the nozzle working pressure of 30%-40%
• New fabric baskets, both as far as the profile and drilling are concerned:
- they allow a better running of the fabirc inside the basket, reducing the compression on the fabric.
- they increase the possibility of bath/substrate exchange during the bath translation inside the dyeing autoclave, as well as a better bath draining.
