Optical System

* Paschen Runge structure, the classical structure of spectrometers, it’s simple and stable. The common choice of first class spectrometers.

* Perfect aberration correction, the resolution of spectrometer is good and can distinguish different spectral lines under interference. 

* Optical cavity with vacuum, can reduce the attenuation of the power of spectral lines in far ultraviolet such as P and S

Excitation table with innovation
