Baguette Module
Long moulding of bread and rolls, but also automatic or manual panning of a wide range of products – our Baguette Module turns your pastry line into a multipurpose line.
Baguette Module can be used to long-mould loaves of bread and rolls such as baguettes, sandwiches and hot dog buns and then pan them automatically onto baking sheets. They can be produced in one, two or three.
The Baguette Module forms part of a production line.
An ideal production line consists of, for example, the Smartline dough sheet pre-former, a pastry line as well as the Baguette Module. This further enhances the versatility of your pastry line and it also becomes an efficient and flexible system for bread and roll production.
