Refractory castable and mortar  products for the alumina content of 50% -60% of the cement matrix.

Aluminate cement CA-50 series products, the main mineral phase composition of CA-phase (a calcium aluminum acid 2 aluminum 

acid a calcium). Therefore, not only products with a relatively high temperature use of performance, but at the same time have a 

reasonable and stable hydration of the performance, rapid growth in outstanding physical strength properties. The company's 

production of aluminate cement CA-50 series based on the development of cement hydration and the relative intensity of the 

physical strength to be the value of the product into different grades, so that customers according to their demand for the product 

and the use of conditions to choose. 

Meanwhile,through the production process of the optimization of product performance so that it can adapt to both the monolithic 

refractories different construction methods (such as: casting, injection), also can meet a variety of castable formula system, such as:the traditional combination of high alumina cement castables and medium-cement castables, the performance of the construction

made by the different requirements.This series of product does not contain any additives to ensure product suitability and stability.

Transport and storage:

aluminate cement in the transport and storage process, special attention should be moisture-proof, to extend the storage period,

to avoid affecting performance aluminate cement in the transport, storage and use of the process,to avoid cement 

and other species (such as the Portland cement, etc.) and harmful impurities (such as lime, etc.) contact;aluminate cement in 

the use of the process, mixing water should be pure, to avoid possible harmful impurities affect product performance

2) 15/20/25kg/unit(plastic woven bag); 1 MT on pallet with plastic film.
