Heat Treatment
Preheat heatment:
1.Annealing after forging :heating temperature 840-860°C,heat preservation 2 -4 hours ,cooling slowly ≤ 500°C 
then out of furnace or cooling in furnace until to room temperature ,hardness ≤285 HBS.
2.Isothermal annealing after forging : heating temperature 840-860°C,heat preservation 2 -4 hours ;cooling in furnace
to 740-760°C ,heat preservation 4 -6 hours,air cooling out of furnace until temperature 500°C ,hardness ≤255 HBS.
