Rolling Steel Bar H21  

1)Delivery condition :Hot rolled or forging ,ESRor EAF material   ,black or machined surface

 

2)Comparable steel : 3Cr2W8V (GB), H21 (AISI) ,1.2581 (DIN ), SKD5(JIS )

 

3)Specification :Flat bar or round bar, or as required

 

4)Application : It is a low-carbon, tungsten hot work steel that exhibits excellent resistance to softening at elevated temperature .It is recommended for difficult hot work tooling applications such as brass extrusion tooling, brass die casting dies, hot punches, and forging die inserts.

 

5) Chemical composition :

C: 0.30~0.40 Si<=0.40 Mn: <=0.40 W: 7.50-9.00 Cr: 2.20—2.70

 

   V: 0.20-0.50

6) Payment terms: 30% deposit, balance against L/C at sight or T/T.
