This cable can be used for LAN, MAN and telecommunications system backbones. Intended for outdoor application, water-resistant and resistant to UV-irradiation. Glass fibers provide resistance to tensile strains and to a certain degree serve as anti-rodent protection. Suitable for direct laying in ground.

Loose tube: of PBT elastomer, filled with tixotropic jelly, loose laid fibers within tube
Central supporting element: FRP (Fiberglass or aramid threads Reinforced Plastic), central element sheath: PE (or without sheath), around central supporting element are stranded loose tubes and element and around cable core
External supporting element and anti-rodent protection: double-layered glass fibers
Sheath ripcord: 1 ripcord
Sheath: HDPE - high-density black coloured polyethylene, of 1,5 mm thickness
