1. Why pick up the phone can't hear the host play record?

    ----Explain: Please confirm the host whether has record and when you pick up the phone, press "6"to play the record.

2. Finished input the password, can't long distance remote control the host?

    ----Explain: Please confirm the password is right and when you press the key that you should slowly. When you entering the remote control state, you should at the      alternation of voice speak press the key.

3. The user received the alarm, but can't remote control the host or the host can't receive dictate excel.

    ----Explain: When user pick up the phone, will hear the host play the voice, you should at the alternation of voice speak press the key.
