Applications:

DMC Pulse Dust Collector is mainly used in cement finished products and raw materials grinding process, also used in metallurgical, chemical, electric power and other industrial ,grinding various ores and other grind-able materials.

Working Principle:

When the dusty gas enter dust settling chamber from the inlet , first met inlet separator , air will flow into the hopper , air speed will slow down Due to inertia ,coarse dust in the gas flow directly into the hopper . then air flow in the hopper is upper and trapped in the outer surface of the bag through the filter-bag which has metal skeleton , purification air flow enter the clean room which is upper bag-filter chamber , discharged through air outlet . In the dusty gas purification process ,the dust in the filter-bag increase with the increase of time.Increasing resistance of the bag, resulting in the decrease of air volume .So in order to work normally , the resistance is controlled within a certain range (140 - 170 mm water column).Filter-bag must be cleaned. The cleaning dust drop in the hopper,and discharged by ash discharge system of the body. Thereby purge gas passes normally, ensure dust removal system proper operate.

The pulse dust collector uses self-powered cleaning to timely cycle to blow out dust completely to overcome the conventional pulse dust catcher and compartment counter blowing dust compartment defect. Higher classification accuracy
The powder selector by increasing the amount of circulating air and graded interface, making particle classification accuracy increases, effective control of 30 microns (60 microns in particular) or more particles to adapt to the new standards for cement particle size distribution requirements.

Countercurrent dispersion technology
Material is fed through the feed hopper spread on trays, through the jet port is blown downwardly inclined 25 °, which is formed with a uniform upward movement of the reverse cycle air, reverse flow effect. The particles of different mass under the action of particles in the air due to different trajectory, thus effectively graded and prevent the qualified finished product particles are re-refined into the mill by coarse particles, to produce the phenomenon of over-grinding.

Thorough cleaning, low energy consumption, long life
As a result of the self-powered cleaning to timely cycle to blow out dust completely, blowing once time can achieve thorough cleaning purposes. So cleaning cycle extension, reduce the cleaning power consumption, compressed air consumption can be greatly reduced. At the same time, the fatigue level of filter bag and pulse vave accordingly reduced.

Compartment for bags / unloading bags, no downtime
inspection the bags without stopping the fan system under normal operating conditions of the system chamber,the mouth of filter bag useing elastic piston ring, good sealing performance.

Improve operating conditions for bag replacement
Using the upper pumping bag, after pumping skeleton when changing bags, the dirty bags into the hopper on the lower box, and taken out from entry hole, improved operating conditions bag replacement.

The whole machine sealing performance is good
Box with airtightness design, good sealing, and the check door with excellent sealing materials, production process using kerosene leak detection, leakage rate is very low.

Inlet and outlet air duct layout is compact, small air resistance.
