Permanent Magnet Separator --From Baichy Equipment Manufactural

RCYD series of permanent-magnetic iron-separator is composed of magnetic core ,abandoned iron belt, gear motors, frames, rollers and other components, is corollary equipment of the belt conveyor ,automatically clear ferromagnetic material from the non-magnetic materials , mostly suitable for the material with more iron.

Applications:

Applied to coal ports, large thermal power plants, coal mines, mining, building materials etc.

Work in the dust, moisture, serious salt spray corrosion and other adverse conditions.

Working Principle:

When material is through the below of the permanent magnetic separator, ferromagnetic impurities in the material about 0.1-0.36 kg are sucked , due to the belt kept running, when above ferromagnetic material passes through the non-magnetic zone, is thrown into a metal box , achieving continuous automatic iron separating.
