Introduction of the machine:

This series filler combines light, electricity, gas and PLC microcomputer control together, and completes these jobs including positioning the bottle, filling and  sedning out bottles automatically.The filling process is finishded in a way of using straight normal-pressure filling, and the different measures is done by changing filling time. It is unnecessary to replace any elements when you replace different containers and adjust different filling amount.The parts which contact with material are made into stainless steel and special corrosion-resistant materials. And the unique filling mouth ensures non-drip.It has advantages such as, high automation, reliable performance, quick production speed, accurate filling precision, simple operation, good adaptability and so on. It is widely used in food and beverages (such as tea drinks, soy sauce, wine, vinegar), medicine, chemicals, pesticides (containing acid, alkali, organic solvents) and in filling a variety of smooth and mobile liquid filling in other industries. With Replacing  and increasing  a few components, it can be applied to filling high-temperature 95°C temperature and liquid in which easily results.
