Introduction: This kind of filling machine is applied to fill highly viscous liquids with magnetic gear pump metering and conveying system. There are small pump and big pump fillers, and the small pump filler can be designed as four filling-head model and big pump filler with single and double head models. 

Performance features:

1. The gear pump is driven by magnetic force and the pump and motor is shaftless connection so as to avoid motor failure caused by the broken or leaking of shaft seal or the high load of the pump;
2. The pump end is made of 316L stainless steel, acid and alkali and corrosion-resistant;
3. The filling time can be correct to 0.01 second so that the filling precision can be kept as less than 1%;
4. Operation is convenient: manual or foot switch or automatic fitful filling, and the interval time is adjustable; 
5. This machine can fill all kinds of liquids such as oil, detergent, acid and alkali liquid and highly corrosive liquids and so on.
