1.Introduction of sand washing machine:

 

This series of sand washing machine is produced depending on the practice in sand and stone production, absorbing the leading technology both at home and abroad. 2.Working Priciples of sand washing machine

 

The motor drives the impeller revolve slowly by V-belt and reduction gears. The sand enter the washing tank by the feeder, rolling and grinding each other with the rotating impeller, to remove the impurities covering the sand surface, and destroy the water layer covering the sand for easy dehydration. The water is added at the same time to generate powerful flow to take away the impurities and low density foreign matters and make them discharge from the overflow port of the washing tank, fulfilling the task of cleaning. The clean sand materials are taken away with the impellers and pour into the discharge chute finally, completing the washing process.
