Brief Introduction

 

Vertical compound crusher is one kind of widely used equipment for stone production line and sand-making line. It applies to the fine crushing of the raw materials and cement clinker in cement factory; It also applies to the fine crushing of medium-hard materials , such as dolomite, flink clay, lead zink ore, serpentine, blast furnace slag, coal gangue, phosphate ore, etc. It specially applies to the hard limestone, dolomite, granite, basalt, etc for artificial sand making or highway aggregate.

 

 

 

 

 

Operating Principles

 

The machine is composed of transmission device, main shaft, the barrel, upper cover, and the base,etc. The motor drives the main shaft to rotate by the V-belt. There are hammers attached to the shaft. When the materials enter the machine from the top feeder mouth and fall down by gravity, the machines are impacted continuously by a series of high-rotating hammers and break, then are discharged from the bottom exit.
