Hydraulic intermediate-frequency induction heating elbow pushing machine is our traditional product, and it has been improved technologically in an all-round way as our steel tube deep processing technology is developed. Our present elbow pushing machine has combined ultra-short stress line and coning mould expansion technologies, digitally-controlled intermediate-frequency induction heating technology, and non-backpressure and low-energy consumption hydraulic driving technology. Several operation mechanization innovations can be found in this product, including hydraulic opening and closing of pushplate valve and hydraulic alignment and clamping of raw steel tubes. Based on our new patent in innovations in two-step pushing pipe making machine, we have developed new products such as four-cylinder elbow pushing machine.

Raw steel tubes of elbow products are seamless steel tube, welded steel tube and rolled steel tube. This equipment is capable to make elbows as follows: outsider diameter 25mm~1,420mm, wall thickness: 5mm~120mm and angle: 22.5°, 45°, 90°, 135° and any angle required by customer.
