Intermediate frequency hydraulic elbow pushing machine is a traditional product of Dezhou Yaxing Pipeline Equipment Factory, is mainly used for producing a variety of elbows in 1D ~ 2.5D. With the development of steel pipe deep processing technology in the factory, this product has got a full range of technical improvements. The elbow pushing machine combines together extra-short stress line, taper mold expanding technology; digital control intermediate frequency induction heating technology, back pressure free, low-energy consumption hydraulic transmission technologies. It realizes hydraulic opening and closing of the push plate gate, hydraulic clamping and aligning steel pipe billet and many other operation innovations. Combined with new patent of innovating and extending our two-step push pipe machine, we developed four cylinder elbow pushing machines and other new products.
