1.strong corrosion resistance:alu zinc steel coil is 3 times that of pure galvanized steel;the surface has beautiful spangle,it can be used as a building outside board.(the corrosion resistance is strongly because the aluminum protective function.When zinc is worn,aluminum will form a layer of dense alumina,prevent corrosion of internal corrosive substances further.)

 

2.Heat resistance: Aluminum and zinc alloy steel has good heat resistance,it can withstand more than 300 degrees Celsius temperature,it very similar and high temperature oxidation resistance of aluminized steel plate,often used in chimneys,lighting device and fluorescent lamp shade.

3.Heat reflectivity: alu zinc steel coil is two times of galvanized steel material, people often use it to make the thermal insulation.

4.Economy: Because the density of 55% Alu-Zn is smaller than the density of zinc,so the weight and thickness plating layer are same under the same circumstance,the area of alu zinc steel coil is bigger 3% than galvanized steel coil.
