Description of copper coated coil :
1. typically used for applications requiring excellent electrical conductivity from the application substratethrough the
adhesive to the foil backing. Common uses include grounding and EMI shielding in equipment, components, shielded
rooms, etc. The copper foil backing is solderable and resists oxidation and discoloration.
Applications:
1.Applicable to all types of transformers, mobile phones, computers, PDA, PDP, LCD monitors,notebook computers,
copiers and other electronic products where electromagnetic shielding is demanded.
2.Mainly used for electromagnetic shielding and antistatic.
Our Products:

Applications for copper coil :
1) cable shielding
2) deep drawing applications
3) constructions (roofs, outer walls, ovens, etc.)
Benefits In Cable:
The application of an adhesive coating to the copper shield/moisture barrier offers numerous advantages in
finished cable. The coating adheres to polyethylene, Zero-halogen, and chlorinated polyethylene jackets, this allows the formation of a laminate or “bonded jacket” sheath,
the insertion of a hot melt adhesive into the overlap completes the laminate construction, the benefits are:
1. Lead replacement
2. Chemical/moisture barrier to eliminate treeing
3. Enhanced short circuit capability
4. Enhanced side wall pressure, crush and impact resistance
5. Superior bend performance with increased resistance to buckling and kinking.
6. Corrosion protection
7. Elimination of shrink-back of plastic over-sheath.
Storage:
Keep the clean standard stock, away from light direct irradiation, pollution and all kinds of mechanical outside force;
Handling:
The skilled operator should take or lay the materials gently, carefully to avoid scrap and crash problems;
