E71T-GS Welding parameters:
Characteristic and application:
E71T-GS is self-protection flux cored welding wire,DC reverse connection(not DC positive connection),Suitable for all position welding,Deposited metal has good low temperature toughness and crack resistance,Single pass and multi pass welding.
Note:
(1) in order to prevent the occurrence of pores, please clean grease and rust from the surface of base metal before welding.
(2) E71T-GS is more soft,The pressure roller of feeding device is not too tight..
(3) DCRP welding.

According to the welding test, we suggest that the following advices
1. use DCRP when welding
2. the welding speed is slower
3. If it is 0.8mm , the recommended current : 80-100A, voltage: 26V-27V.
