Application: For heat sealing of battery case and cover for 36-200Ah car batteries.
Operation: pre-install the mould of heat sealding , when the battery be carried to the machine which will automatically do the sealing, and finished battery will be delivered to the next working process.

Feature: The heat sealing process is controlled by computer automatically and accurately. Loading and unloading batteries move along the raceway. The heating sealing mould is made with special alloy so it’s thin and easy to change. The low voltage electric heater used is very safe and has long life span. Heat sealing parameters can be set in multi digital manner. Over 100 parameters of batteries can be stored and recalled in the computer.
