Full-automatic car battery  Welding Spot Testing Machine

Application
: For testing the inter-cell welding quality of 36~200 Ah car batteries, to test whether there is any cold solder joints or dry joints.
Operation: Battery will automatically be pushed and locate to the accurate spot by the machine with the help of the magic eye. The test probe gets down to the proper position and do the test. If not qualified, the machine will send out alarm signal and push the not qualified battery to a branch workbench. If qualified, the battery will be delivered automatically to the next working process. 
Feature: Inner resistant testing; the machine connects the high current and test the micro-voltage of every welding spot at the same time.  After amplification processing, the display screen will show the voltage of every welding spot. Also, the display can be set to the voltage high limit, whatever beyond the higher limit is not qualified.
