Product Description

2. Goes through 600℃ heat treatment, 24 hours colling in the oven, 12 meters gantry millin, accurate CO2 protection welding, ensure machine body without deformation after 20 years.

3. Use Auto collimator to test the guide rail straightness, and Swiss imported laser interferometer to meature each machine's precision after assembly, reduce precision error to ensure real cutting precision less than ±0.05mm.

4. Germany ALPHA rack & pinion double drive and Japan SANYO servo motor, give out max. running speed 120m/min, accelerated speed 1.2G and cutting speed is 20% faster than other factories.

5. Class-leading high cutting precision, the only one can cut precise mini bicycle as small as 1/5 of a coin.
