Production processing:

600℃ heat treatment, 24 hours cooling in the oven, 8 meters CNC Lathe milling, finishing, VSR to make sure 20 years usage without deformation;
Italian imported 50mm wide steel-strip belt, precise gear wheels transmitting technology
The gear wheels move instead of the belt, to prevent sawtooth caused by vibration from the long belts.
Patent upper blowing system together with normal lower blowing systems is good to get rid of smoke and dust.
Cutting precision: ±0.1mm.Cutting D: 2mm cirles at speed of 15mm/s.
