Introduction:

dryer for chemical industry for powder for powder  is a kind of efficient drying equipment for drying the powder materials and granular materials. The advantages are easy to operate, energy saving, environmental protection.

Working principle:

dryer for chemical industry for powder is fed into the machine from the inlet and moves forward continuously along with the level of fluidized-bed under the action of vibration. The hot air passes through fluidized-bed and carries out hot heat  exchange with damp raw material. Then the damp air is exhausted out through cyclone seperator and duster and the dry raw material is discharged through discharge outlet.

 It is widely used in drying, cooling of power or granules state materials, such as citric acid, monosodium glutamate, borax, ammonium sulphur, compound fertilizer, beanm lees, mineresides, and sugar in chemical, pharmaceutical, foodstuff, grain, mine industry and so on.

4.It is good in adjustment and width in field of application. The thickness of raw material and the speed of raw material to be moved inside the machine and the change of vibration breadth can be realized through steeples.

5.It is small to damage the surface of raw material, so it can be used for raw materials that are easy broken. If the granule is not normal, the effect of process can not be effected.

6.Because of adapting the structure of fully seat, it is effective to prevent from the cross pollution of raw materials and the working environment is clean.

7.Basically the drying time is on average, the staying time is short, and the thickness of fluidized bed is also very short, 2-5cm.
