Tianyu Pulse Dust Collector has high dust separation function. The machine is automatically cleaned by compressed air. Working principle:

The dust-laden air enters the bag filter from the air inlet. Parts of the larger particles in gas are separated out of the dust by inertial force and the gravity .When passing the ash hopper , the larger particles fall down at the bottom of the hopper directly.Then dust gas goes into filter bag filter area by passing the ash bucket .So dust will be prevented from going into the filter bag and left on the external surface of the filter bag.After purification, the gas go through the mouth into the filter box.And finally it is discharged from the outlet.
