It is designed with 3, 4 or 6 polishing head, which is not only meeting different production requirements, but also can be ideal for conversion technology products. Equipment is suitable for integration into advanced drawing lines, drawing its speed can be up to 240 m / min and can also be used as a standalone device for finishing.Use QX series shot blasting machine, it can range from 5 to 130mm diameter of wire, bar or section single-wire descaling by shot blasting. Select the device in accordance with the production process and descaling speed, the most important thing is efficiency and customized solutions. The device is equipped with high-performance reel, straightening unit driving means, as well as loading and unloading systems.

This machine is the best special equipment to clean the disc round wire , the use of the surface layer of scale blasting process clear and steel wire surface oxide formed by rolling.Steel billet shot after cleaning up the entire surface rust grade rating to Sa2.5 surface roughness level reaches Ra6.3 ~ 12.5μm.
