Machine Introduction:

1.The machine has two type, one for wedged wire screen, one for Johnson pipe, the difference is the mould.

2.The main axis and feeding axis of the machine are both adopt Panasonic Brand AC power servo motor and drivers.

3.The machine adopts synchronous control skill, easy to operate with the PLC&HMI programm touch screen.

 

Machine Structure:

The machine are combined by CD61100 lathe, welding control cabinet, transformer and wire press unit, it has strongpoint of welding hole distance.
