1.The machine is intended to manufactur filter tubes in length up to max. 6000mm.

2.Control system: Panasonnic PLC and touch screen pattern.

3.The main axis and feed axis are both equipped with Panasonic Brand AC power servo motor and drivers.

4.The ball-screw unit is imported from Taiwan.

5.The linear slider bearing is imported from South Korea.

1.Wedged wire screen diameter range: 100-400mm

2.Wedged wire screen length: max 6m

3.Slot (aperture)/Space between welding lines: 0.2-16mm

4.Welding precision: if the wire diameter tolerance is within 0.01mm, welding precision will be within +/-0.04mm.

5.Welding speed:6-30r/m adjustable based on tube diameter.
