sizing and drying before rolled into a loom beam and providing a room for weaving.

Sizing Trough
As for JR dyeing & sizing machine yam sizing may adopt either the double-soak double squeeze double sizing trough or three-soak-three-squeeze single trough saueezing force individual variable frequency drive.
Oasthouse
It adopts drying cylinder with a diameter of φ800 Size tempereture is under auto control and it adopts individual variable frequency drive.The drying cylinder of pre-drying section is sprayed with antisticking coating of tetrafluoroethylene.The drying chamber adopt parallel type or overhead type depending on user’s choice.
Headstock
·Adjustable large diameter headstock and frequency-conversion motor for loom beam winding.
·Loom beam can be wound in both forward and back direction and it is applicable for AB double loom beam.
·Stepless setting for loom beam winding tension with the biggest tension of 6000N.
·The actions including warp beam change,pressunzation of loom asuring long shaft,jockey roller and adjustable reed are all under pneumatic control.
·Multi-unit variable frequency synchronized drive.
·Technological parameter of the complete machine is controlled by computer.
Oxidation Rack
It may adopt multi-unit full variable frequency control system or single-unit group drive depending on user’s choice.It is provided with several circulation systems and dyeing reduction steamer to meet the technological requirements for different dyeing types.The oxidation rack may adopt parallel type or overhead type depending on user’s choice.
Yarn Accumulator
Yarn accumulator may adopt either weight pressurization or hydraulic pressurization to meet require ments for tension of different yarn body.
The synchronized elevating mechanism of gears and racks ensures a stalbe up-and-down operation of yams.Alarm and stopping function are prepared for yam accumulation to ensure a the equipment.
Warp Beam Rack
·Warp Beam adopts double-laye H-shaped beam and four warp beams are in a unit.
·It adopts pneumatic control for backing off tension to acheve reeling off in a constant tension.
·It adopts plastic roller bearer.It enjoys easy installation of warp beam and stable operation.
Electrical Equirement Control
·The complete machine adopts full variable frequency drive and PLC(Programmable Logic Controller).
·Equipped with touch screen to make a centralized control of equipment operating and technological parameters.
