MODEL JYFU001 COTTON WASTE CLEANER

Mainly applied in cotton mills for reclaiming spinnable fibres from such cotton
wastes as blowing-carding noils, flat strips, spinning sweeps, etc.

Main Feature

Useful fubres are suked to the condenser drum after precleaner,peedled off into the trunk by the strip-ing beater then to the feed roller after being loosened and re-moved of trashes by anors beater ,and at last to the cylinder for carding between the feed roller and feed table .After substantial trash-removal,the fibre is suctioned onto the drumsurface via a fan with further removal of short fibres and m-icrodust,and delivered by a pair of stripper rollers.And the trashes will be then exhausted out of the trashes will be then exhausted out of the air duct through the blade valve in the dustdopping zong.
