JF SERIES C TYPE PNEUMATIC PRESS

This series presses introduced U.S. advanced technology with advanced structure, high precision and beautiful shape. The inclinable frames of JF23-22A, JF23-35A, and JF23-60A are made of cast iron. JF21 series with welded fixed frame, adopted combined pneumatic friction clutch and brake, which engaged stably and make low noise. The friction disc is made of half-metal friction material with   V shape guide ways has high performance ,long service life, low frictional resistance ,and strong ability of resisted unbalanced loading. This series controlled by PLC have various operation modes and safety monitor and also equipped with recoverable overload protector and stick-releasing device. The press with feed power output shaft, if fixed with auto feeder which will realize automatic punching.
