1. What is the advantage of integrated pressurized solar water heater than no
pressurized solar system ?
Compared with non –pressure system , pressure solar water heater are heated by heat pipe . the water not go through the vacuum tubes . so ,in extremely cold winter , because there is no water inside the vacuum tube , so vacuum tubes will not break by freezing .
On the other hand , pressure system can take pressure of 0.6 MP from water supply system , so ,the hot water will go out with same pressure to each room . the system can installed anywhere there is good position to accept sunshine . but non pressure solar system have to be installed on roof .

From the below picture ,you will understand that how it works . the heat pipes will receive sunshine and transfer into heat and will heat the water inside the water tank .

4. solar copper heat pipes for integrated pressurized solar water heater
There is a linquid inside the copper pipes . this linquid is very easy to trasfer into vapour when be heated . when sunshine be absorbed by vacuum tubes , the heated will be trasfer to aluminium fin ,then , aluminium fin will trasnfer heat to the copper pipe inside , so the linquid be heated and transfer heat with vapour and go to the top of the copper pipe . there is a copper condensor on the top of the heat pipe . copper condensor will be connect with the inner water tank .so the water inside the inner tank be heated .
5. inner tank for integrated pressurized solar water heater
Inner tank is made by 1.2 mm thick SUS304-2B stainless steel . every tank be tested before packing . it can resisit 0.6 MP pressure .
There is copper female adpater welded with inner tank . these adapter will be connected with heat pipe condensor , so the condensor will transfer heat and heat the water inside the inner tank .
There are some holes at bottom of the inner tank .they will be installed for water outlet , water inlet , electric heater , Magnesia rods , PT valave ,sensors .
6 .bracket stand for integrated pressurized solar water heater
The bracket can be with angle of 45 degree ,27 degree ,or 10 degree .or as customer request .
The material is sus201 with good quality to resisit rust .
7 . accessories for integrated pressurized solar water heater
Electric hear : it is back up heating element in rainny or no sun days
Controler panel with sensor and electric valave : to check temperature and water level inside water tank and the load cold water automaticly .
Magnesia rod : to resisit hard water and clear the water
Relief check valve : to resisit cold water go through back and to keep the system in stable pressure .
P/T valve : to keep system in stable temperaure and pressure and make sure safety .
