Overview
OEO6500-GWDM is a service board for WDM-GPON system launched by Sino-Telecom. It regenerates optical signals in the principle of optical-electrical-optical to realize the amplification of optical signals. Moreover, clock extraction is realized by using downlink signal to realize retiming of signals, and further to achieve 3R amplification of signals. It can effectively amplify the optical power of PON line and prolong network transmission distance. With features of compact structure and easy installation, it can be widely used in fields of various bandwidth expansion, remote transmission, GPON access of residential community and FTTH etc.
