Rubber Lined Steel Pipe
Product Introduction
Cooperating with Linatex Company in Maylasia, we have introduced its rubber plate as well as advanced pipe bond technics and applied to the bonding of rubber and steel. It takes ordinary steel as the steel frame material and Linatex rubber with high performance as the lining to form rigid-flexible pipeline, which combines metal property and Linatex rubber property into a single unit. It has high strength, wear and corrosion resistance, which can be widely used for deslagging and vent piping in metallurgy, mining, power and chemical industry.
Product Characteristics
1. High wear resistance
Applying high flexibility and high wear resistance of the rubber, Rubber Lined Steel Pipe takes Linatex elastic rubber as the lining, which can reduce the wear of conveying medium to the pipe wall. Its wear resistance is above 20 times as normal steel pipe. The pipe is used for raw ore, concentrate and gangue pulp conveying in mining, ash conveying in coal-fired power plant and liquid conveying in chemical system.
2. High impact resistance
Under the impact, the rubber will deform to absorb the kinetic energy of particles and then pass back most of the energy to particles by bounce, which can reduce the impact force.
3. Good corrosion resistance
The pipe is applied to high corrosive environment, such as complicated and severe chemical corrosive environment.
4. Small running resistance
Adopting extrusion process, the rubber lined steel pipe has smooth wall to reduce energy consumption.
5. Light weight
Its weight is lighter than normal steel pipe by 20 - 30%. Easy for installation, maintenance and transportation.
6. Recyclable
The steel pipe only needs one-time investment, and the used steel pipe can be repaired for reuse.
