PFS-01O4-M is an Industrial 802.3at/af PoE+ Fiber Switch, providing Power over Ethernet capability and non-blocking wire-speed Fast Ethernet performance in harsh industrial environment. It provides 4 port 10/100Base-T copper with 802.3af/at PoE injector and also provide one Combo Port (UTP/SFP) for uplink to data-center. The PFS-01O4-M design for Industrial like function like redundant power input, Uplink fault detection for NO output, also can using fiber-GBIC for Fiber link without Media convert design.
The PFS-01O4-M is well suited for applications in deploying surveillance system, and security control and wireless service in climatically demanding environments with wide temperature range from -10 to 60 degrees C.
High Power PoE for Securty and Public
To fulfill the demand of High Power PoE for network applications with Megabit speed transmission under wide temperature, the PFS-01O4-M provides 4 10/100Mbps ports featuring both IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at Power over Ethernet Plus (PoE+) that combine up to 30 watts of power output and data per port over one Cat.5E / 6 Ethernet cable.
With totally 60-watt PoE budget on the whole system, the PFS-01O4-M is designed specifically to satisfy the growing demand of higher power consuming network PD (powered devices) such as PTZ (Pan, Tilt & Zoom) / Speed Dome network cameras, multi-channel (802.11a / b / g / n) outdoor wireless LAN access points and other PoE network devices by providing double PoE power, rather than the current conventional 802.3af PoE.
