Ⅰ.The cleaning section

We do this part just want to ensure:

           a. the quality of maize flour b. the life of machines.

This section is to separate the impurity :  smaller stone, sand, grass seed, swarf from the raw maize .

                       Gravity classification stoner, etc.

Ⅱ. The degerming and peeling section

Different from the traditional process of milling maize, we adopt dry method to process maize for making grits with different sizes and very fine flour at the same time( also we can only get flour from this part). In this part you can save money for dry the animal feed.We will allocate this part according to your need. Usually we place twosets of emery roller dehullerand one set of iron roller peelerwith polisherto peel the maize and degerminate. After this, you can remove mostly of the husks and germs from maize. Equipped with air blowersand cyclonecatchers, dust and husks with germs will be separated from the maize

This is the most important part of the whole plant. Because the working condition of this part will determine the quality of final grits and flour.

The dehulled maize will go throughhammer mill and single passage roller mill/ double roller mill for further processing. We will get grits with different sizes and flour at the certain outlets.
