The machine in the picture is a small production line for making corn grits and corn meal from corn seeds. It is designed for home using or individual. THe whole line consists of cleaning, peeling, degerming, crushing and gentle milling. The final products can be corn grits/semolina, corn meal and fine flour.

It is a semi-automatic line, when you set up this plant in your factory, you have to prepare a concrete tank for condistioning the corn before peeling and degerming.

The total power of this line is about 30kw. Expected area space of this machine is 10x4x3.4m(L*W*H).
