  Cleaning ----- peeling  ------ milling  ------packing 

(1)For the cleaning part , we use versatile which is multifunctional .

    To make the quality of the end products 

    To guarentee the safety of the machines .

    This section is to separate the impurity : 

                                      smaller stone, sand, grass seed, swarf from the raw maize

(2) The peeling part

      This is the most important part of the whole plant. Because the working condition of this part will   determine the quality of maize  flour. With one peeling machine ,

      most husks and germs are removed .

(3) The milling part

The dehulled maize will go through hammer mill and roller mill for further processing.

We will get grits and flour  with different mesh.

    (4) The packing part
