Our surface buoyancy buoys generally consist of resilient closed cell foam core encapsulated within a tough, resistant polyurethane outer skin, which can be reinforced with nylon filament, combined with high quality steel work.  The rotationally moulded buoys are made by rotomoulded polyethylene hollow shell filled with closed cell polyurethane foam or syntactic foam (Macrospheres).

Rectangular anchor pendant buoys are manufactured from resilient closed cell unsinkable foam core around the inner central steelwork covered in protective polyurethane elastomer coating.

Rectangular anchor pendant buoy has rectangular shape with lay flat surface. This shape ensures the buoys can be safely storage and transported economically. The inner central steel frame has enough support branches ensure the foam core cannot be moved.

The resilient closed cell polyethylene foam core guarantees self-fendering and unsinkable even in case of damage. And self-colored polyurethane elastomer skin is resistant to abrasion and ultra violet rays degradation. For the extreme operating environment, the reinforced nylon filament ensures polyurethane elastomer protective coating has higher tear strength.
