Foam filled marine fender is the tough heavy-duty, and unsinkable floating fender system used for the harbor, offshore and ship-to-ship application. Foam filled fenders have higher energy absorption with lower reaction force, compared with the pneumatic rubber fender and other marine fender system. Its self-floating characteristic ensure foam fender can be used for the ship-to-ship operation. 

Netted foam fenders are designed and manufactured with the chain and tire net protection. Netless foam fenders withou the chain and tire net.

• Unsinkable Foam Core -- The foam fender are manufactured by high quality closed-cell foam. Even the skin was punctured, it also is unsinkable without absorbing water. 

• High energy absorption, low reaction -- We have various foam core with low density and high density. The special construction and characteristic ensure its high energy absorption and low reaction.
   
• Strong and tough skin -- We spray the high quality polyurethane elastomer on the skin, which is reinforced with nylon filament at optimum angle. Multiple homogeneous layers increase strength, and additional reinforcement is applied to both ends where stresses are highest.
   
• Chain and tire net-- This design ensure the fender body cannot by damaged easily even under the hard working environment.

Performance of Foam Filled Fenders

Buoder foam filled fenders are normally supplied with standard capacity. But the low reaction capacity, or high capacity are available upon request.
