1. Prepare appropriate amount of charcoal and a fire starter, then lighting the charcoal. The charcoal will be lighted within ten minutes.
2. Put your cooking grid on the top of the fire ring, keep the top and bottom vent opend, to make sure the concrete bbq grill are well ventilated.
3. About ten minutes later, put your food on the cooking grid, take care of the inside temperature of the grill, make some adjustment according to the thermometer.
