Introduction to the teeth-roller crusher.

The Twin-roll Crusher is used for particle size reduction by crushing from a maximum inlet particle top size of 100mm to a product top size of 5-10mm, subject to handling requirements and material characteristics. The crusher is designed for size reduction of hard and semihard material like coal, coke, cement clinker, limestone, gypsum and different types of ore. It has been optimized for processing of samples, but can as well be used in production lines. Material is fed by gravity to the inlet chamber at the top from where it is drawn into the crushing zone by the action of the two counterrotating rolls. The two rolls are driven individually and asynchronously, which provides a unique self cleaning action. The rolls are available in a variety of geometries with smooth or toothed crushing surface and roll geometry and rotation speed are configured depending on the specific project requirements. Fine adjustment of the crushing characteristics is possible by adjusting the position of the rolls. If the requirements change over time the crusher rolls can be reconfigured without replacing the drive or drive shaft.

Working Principle Of Twin Roll Crusher.

Through the feed opening, the raw materials fall to between the two rollers, after crushed, the final products drop naturally. When there are unbreakable materials or the material is too hard, the roller will concede automatically under the effects of spring and hydraulic

pressure, which will widen the clearance between the rollers and make the hard or unbreakable so as to avoid damaging the machine. The clearance between the two rollers can be adjusted to change the sizes of final products.

According to roller quantity,there are double-roller and four-roller crushers,which are widely used to process brittle and flexible materials such as cement, metallurgy, chemical industry, power and coal,etc.

A: The warranty period for all of huahong’s structural and mechanical equipment is normally two years longer than the other suppliers. Wear parts are not covered in warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.In the warranty periods,our sales engineers will be to the machine working spot to repair the machines with free of charges.
